Sean Daly of Windtunnel is tapped to design the new Sony headquarters in New York.  Moving from its present digs in midtown Manhattan, the media and hardware giant seeks to cultivate the same type of "Creative Class / downtown NYC" workplace vibe and amenities as Google and Facebook have done for their employees.
